Ms. Carol Craig is the Founder of Sidus Space and has served as Chief Executive Officer since the company’s inception. She is also the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Craig Technical Consulting, Inc., an engineering and technology firm that has provided support to commercial and government customers since 1999. Carol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Knox College and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Illinois. She earned a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and is currently pursuing both a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and an MBA with a concentration in Finance at the Florida Institute of Technology. A former U.S. Navy P-3 Orion Naval Flight Officer, Carol was among the first women eligible to fly in combat aircraft and was also one of the first female aviators to successfully complete the U.S. Navy’s Survival, Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) Training. Over the course of her career, she has served on more than 30 boards spanning education, aerospace and defense, and nonprofit organizations, underscoring her leadership and broad influence across both industry and community service.

Mr. Mark Mikolajczyk, an accomplished leader in cross-functional team management and operations, joined Sidus Space in December 2023. Prior to this role, he served as Director of Operations at Craig Technologies, where he was instrumental in the early development of Sidus through his leadership as President of Craig Technologies Aerospace Solutions (CTAS) from January 2012 to April 2021. In that capacity, he successfully oversaw diverse teams and complex operational workflows.

Mark also brings 29 years of experience with Gannett Co., Inc., where he held several senior leadership roles, including President and Publisher of Florida Today newspaper and Regional Vice President of newspapers. He holds a degree in Printing Management and Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology. With his extensive background in operations, leadership, and organizational growth, Mark is a valuable asset to the Sidus Space executive team.

Mr. John Roy is a highly accomplished human resources executive with a proven track record of leading geographically dispersed teams to achieve both talent and business objectives. He offers deep expertise in talent management, HR operations, employment branding and culture, and organizational change, with experience spanning global consumer products, high-tech engineering and manufacturing, aerospace and defense, financial services, healthcare, and a $3 billion family office. Widely recognized for his ability to develop leaders and drive organizational improvement, John has delivered consistent results across diverse industries. His dynamic leadership style was shaped during his service in the U.S. Navy, where he honed the skills that continue to define his professional success.

Mr. Valerij Ojdanic is an accomplished technology leader with more than two decades of expertise in electronics design. He joined Sidus Space to drive innovation in satellite communications systems and radiation-hardened technologies. Prior to joining Sidus, he specialized in analog and digital systems, PCB design, and microprocessor development, making significant contributions to advancements in aerospace and satellite technology. Val holds a patent for an EMI filtering solution, reflecting his innovative approach and technical depth. With a strong engineering foundation and strategic vision, he plays a key role in developing cutting-edge solutions for space exploration. His dedication to advancing aerospace technology aligns closely with Sidus Space’s mission to deliver comprehensive life-cycle aerospace solutions.

Mr. Adarsh Parekh joined Sidus Space in January 2025, bringing more than 20 years of experience in financial services and operations. Over the course of his career, Adarsh has been directly involved in more than $3 billion of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets activities, and investment transactions. Prior to joining Sidus, Adarsh served as Chief Financial Officer of Terran Orbital Corporation, where he played a key role in the company’s sale to Lockheed Martin. He has also held CFO positions at multiple organizations and served as a Principal at Renewable Resources Group, a private equity firm managing over $2 billion in assets. Adarsh began his career in the Investment Banking Division of Lehman Brothers in New York, advising Fortune 500 management teams on transformational transactions.

Focused on cultivating sustainable relationships, Adarsh emphasizes scaling businesses through positive, mutually beneficial outcomes. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with concentrations in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
